Crispy and comforting bites made from leftover stuffing, perfect for holiday gatherings or as a fun snack.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups leftover stuffing
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped herbs (parsley, thyme, sage)
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Combine the leftover stuffing, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped herbs, and beaten egg in a mixing bowl.
  2. Form the mixture into small balls, about the size of a golf ball.
  3. Roll each ball in the breadcrumbs to coat evenly.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry the stuffing balls in the hot oil until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
