Description

Quick and easy strawberry protein balls packed with flavor and nutrition, perfect for snacks or meal prep.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup freeze-dried strawberries
  • 1/4 cup protein powder (vanilla or strawberry flavor)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt


Instructions

  1. Combine the rolled oats, almond butter, honey or maple syrup, freeze-dried strawberries, protein powder, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt in a mixing bowl.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined and form a sticky mixture.
  3. Form small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, using your hands.
  4. Place the formed balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow them to set.
