Description

Tender steak bites slow-cooked with ranch and brown gravy for a rich, savory flavor.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds minute steak
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1 packet brown gravy mix
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup pepperoncini peppers
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Begin by cutting the minute steak into bite-sized pieces. Season them lightly with salt and pepper.
  2. Place the seasoned steak pieces in the bottom of your slow cooker, ensuring they are spread out evenly.
  3. Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix followed by the brown gravy mix over the steak.
  4. Dot the unsalted butter over the top and add the pepperoncini peppers.
  5. Pour in 1/2 cup of water.
  6. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 360-480 minutes or on high for 180-240 minutes until the steak is tender.
  7. Once done, serve warm and enjoy.

Notes

For a leaner option, use sirloin steak. You can swap pepperoncini for banana peppers for a milder flavor.
