Ingredients
- 2 large cucumbers
- 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: Fresh herbs (like dill or parsley) for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°F (95°C).
- Slice the cucumbers thinly using a mandolin or a sharp knife, about 1/8-inch thick.
- Combine the olive oil and ranch seasoning in a bowl.
- Toss the cucumber slices in the oil and ranch mixture until well coated.
- Arrange the slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a single layer.
- Bake for 120-180 minutes, checking occasionally, until crispy and golden brown.
- Cool and season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
Notes
For extra crunch, salt the cucumber slices before coating them. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
