Description

A delightful one-pan pasta dish featuring earthy mushrooms and fresh spinach, all tossed with creamy Parmesan cheese for a comforting meal in just 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (your choice)
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil over medium heat in a large skillet.
  3. Sauté the minced garlic and sliced mushrooms until the mushrooms become tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add the spinach and stir until just wilted, which should take another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Incorporate the drained pasta and grated Parmesan cheese into the skillet, mixing everything well until the cheese melts and everything is combined.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot for the best flavor.

Notes

Use any pasta you prefer, including gluten-free options. Fresh spinach provides the best flavor, but frozen can also be used. Feel free to substitute mushrooms for varieties like cremini or shiitake.
