Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/4 cup barbecue sauce (Paleo-friendly)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

  6. Serve the grilled chicken topped with the grilled pineapple, garnished with fresh cilantro.

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days or freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat on low heat to maintain moisture.
