Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat, allowing it to warm up.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in milk and bring to a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally.
- Add the pasta, salt, and pepper, mixing well to combine everything.
- Cook the pasta uncovered, stirring occasionally until it’s al dente and the sauce thickens, roughly 10-12 minutes.

- Garnish with parsley if desired, and serve while warm.
