Description

A delightful No Bake Banana Pudding that layers creamy pudding, fresh bananas, and crunchy Nilla Wafers, making it the perfect easy dessert for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 boxes of instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1 container of Cool Whip
  • 4 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 box of Nilla Wafers
  • Optional: additional Cool Whip for topping or crushed Nilla Wafers


Instructions

  1. Whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and milk in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
  2. Allow it to sit for about a minute to thicken slightly.
  3. Fold in the Cool Whip until fully combined and smooth.
  4. Place a layer of Nilla Wafers at the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish.
  5. Spread a layer of sliced bananas over the wafers.
  6. Pour half of the pudding mixture over the bananas, spreading it evenly.
  7. Repeat by adding another layer of Nilla Wafers, followed by more sliced bananas, and the remaining pudding mixture.
  8. Top with more Cool Whip and sprinkle crushed Nilla Wafers if desired.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes, or until set, then serve chilled.

Notes

Can be made a day ahead for the flavors to meld. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
