Description

A cozy, indulgent chicken casserole with creamy cheeses and a crispy Ritz cracker topping, perfect for dinner gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, onion, garlic, and cream of chicken soup in a large bowl.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish and spread it evenly.
  4. Mix crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter in a separate bowl.
  5. Sprinkle the cracker mixture generously over the top of the casserole.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
