Description

Ingredients

  • 1 box lemon cake mix
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 teaspoon lemon extract


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch cake pan.
  2. Combine the lemon cake mix, eggs, and water in a mixing bowl. Mix until smooth.
  3. Fold in the lemon zest for flavor.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
