Ingredients
- 4 cups chopped apples
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the chopped apples with lemon juice, granulated sugar, and cinnamon until the apples are coated. Transfer into a greased baking dish.
- Combine rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, and melted butter in another bowl. Mix until crumbly.
- Evenly sprinkle the oat mixture over the apples.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the apples are tender.
- Serve warm, with a scoop of ice cream if desired.
