Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup nut butter (like almond or peanut)
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup mixed nuts and seeds
  • 1/2 cup dried fruit (like cranberries or raisins)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper for easy removal.
  2. Combine in a large bowl the rolled oats, nut butter, honey, mixed nuts, dried fruit, vanilla extract, and salt.
  3. Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and press it down evenly to create an even layer.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
  6. Allow the bars to cool completely in the baking dish before cutting into squares.
