Description

Delicious and fluffy egg bites with cheese, bell peppers, and onions, perfect for breakfast or a healthy snack.

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (like cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 270°F (130°C).
  2. Whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
  3. Stir in the cheese, diced bell peppers, and onions. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Grease silicone molds with cooking spray to ensure easy removal.
  5. Pour the egg mixture into the molds, filling them about three-quarters full.
  6. Place the molds in the air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes, or until the egg bites are fully set.
  7. Allow the egg bites to cool slightly before gently removing them from the molds.
  8. Enjoy them warm, or refrigerate for easy meal prep throughout the week.

Notes

Keep an eye on the egg bites in the last few minutes of cooking to avoid overcooking. They can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or frozen for up to 2 months.
