- 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the softened butter and sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
- Add the vanilla extract and mix until well blended.
- Sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients with the wet mixture until combined, avoiding overmixing.
