Description

Indulgent waffle bombs filled with gooey chocolate and mini marshmallows, perfect for breakfast or brunch.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup melted chocolate
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • Optional: whipped cream, fresh berries, or additional chocolate drizzle


Instructions

  1. Preheat the waffle iron according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  2. Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl: flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Combine wet ingredients in another bowl: egg, milk, and melted butter.
  4. Mix the wet mixture into the dry ingredients until just combined.
  5. Add a small amount of batter to the waffle iron to cover the bottom.
  6. Stuff with a spoonful of melted chocolate and a handful of mini marshmallows.
  7. Cover with more batter to seal the filling.
  8. Cook according to your waffle iron’s instructions until golden brown and crispy, about 4-5 minutes.
