Description

A refreshing and creamy dessert that combines the rich flavor of cream cheese with the zesty taste of lemonade, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup lemonade concentrate, thawed
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a mixing bowl.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie pan to form a crust.
  4. Bake the crust for 10 minutes until golden brown; remove and allow it to cool completely.
  5. Beat the softened cream cheese with a mixer until smooth and creamy.
  6. Add the powdered sugar and lemonade concentrate, mixing until well combined and fluffy.
  7. Fold in the whipped cream gently to create a soft mixture.
  8. Pour the cream cheese mixture into the cooled crust, spreading it evenly.
  9. Refrigerate the pie for at least 240 minutes, or until it’s fully set.

Notes

For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free graham cracker crumbs. You can substitute lemonade concentrate with homemade lemonade if desired.
