Description

A delightful dessert combining creamy coconut pudding, whipped cream, and crunchy cookies for a refreshing treat.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups coconut pudding
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 1 cup crushed cookies
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup fresh fruit (optional)

Instructions

  1. Scoop in half of the coconut pudding to create the first layer.
  2. Spread a layer of whipped cream over the pudding, covering all edges.
  3. Evenly sprinkle half of the crushed cookies and shredded coconut on top of the whipped cream.
  4. Layer fresh fruit over the cookie-coconut mixture if desired.
  5. Repeat the layering process with the remaining pudding, whipped cream, and cookie-coconut mixture.
  6. Top it off with a sprinkle of shredded coconut for a decorative finish.
  7. Refrigerate the trifle for at least 120 minutes before serving to let flavors meld.

Notes

For a gluten-free dessert, use gluten-free cookies. Experiment with flavored extracts to elevate the pudding.
