Description

A delightful and health-conscious snack that satisfies your sweet tooth with a perfect balance of sweetness and warmth from cinnamon. Easy to make and ideal for busy days.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Begin by slicing the bananas thinly, about 1/8-inch thick. Place them in a bowl.
  2. In another bowl, mix the cinnamon and sugar together thoroughly.
  3. Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the banana slices, tossing gently to coat each piece evenly.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  6. Arrange the banana slices in a single layer within the air fryer basket.
  7. Air fry for about 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  8. Once done, allow the chips to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Ripe bananas work best; they should have brown spots for optimal sweetness. Storage: Best consumed fresh but lasts up to 3 days in an airtight container. Can be frozen for up to 2 months.
