Description

Delicious round morsels combining the classic flavors of carrot cake and creamy cheesecake, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heat-treated dry cake mix
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • Orange food coloring (for drizzle)
  • Sprinkles (optional, for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Blend the heat-treated dry cake mix, softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  2. Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Chill the truffles in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Melt the white chocolate chips using a microwave or double boiler.
  5. Dip each chilled truffle into the melted white chocolate and place them back on the baking sheet.
  6. Mix a small amount of melted white chocolate with orange food coloring and drizzle it over the truffles.
  7. Optionally, add sprinkles for decoration.
  8. Return the truffles to the refrigerator to set before serving.

Notes

For best texture, use full-fat cream cheese. You can freeze them for up to three months.
