Description

A delightful combination of creamy feta cheese and sweet grape tomatoes enveloped in perfectly cooked bow tie pasta, this baked feta pasta is a must-try dish for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 2 ½ cups grape tomatoes, washed and dried
  • 1 (8 oz) brick of feta cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 5 tablespoons olive oil
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh basil
  • 12 oz bow tie pasta, cooked, drained, and kept warm

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Arrange the washed grape tomatoes in a medium-sized baking dish.
  3. Add the block of feta cheese right in the center of the tomatoes.
  4. Drizzle 3 tablespoons of olive oil over everything, ensuring the tomatoes and feta are well coated.
  5. Sprinkle Italian seasoning and salt evenly over the tomatoes and feta.
  6. Drizzle the remaining 2 tablespoons of olive oil over the feta cheese.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the tomatoes burst and the feta softens.
  8. Remove from the oven and stir the cheese and tomatoes together until well blended.
  9. Add the chopped fresh basil and gently stir.
  10. Mix in the warm, drained bow tie pasta, ensuring everything is well combined.
  11. Serve hot and enjoy!
