Description

Quick and easy air fryer chicken breast recipe that’s juicy and flavorful, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Fresh herbs like rosemary or thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels to promote crisping.
  3. In a bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Rub this mixture generously over both sides of the chicken breasts.
  5. Place the chicken in the air fryer basket, ensuring they don’t touch for even cooking.
  6. Cook for about 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  7. Once done, let them rest for a few minutes before slicing to keep them juicy.

Notes

For a balanced meal, serve with steamed vegetables or a refreshing salad. Can store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days in the fridge.
